This paper updates calculation procedure for oscillation velocity amplitude of acoustic wave. It is shown that when thermoacoustic effect of sound is loaded with fluids, noise radiation from the surface of solid body may contribute significantly to its acoustic signature, which must be taken into account by the researcher. A promising way of further studies in this field could be to use thermophones as emitters of noise into fluid medium. Hydroacoustic measurements in fluids require special thermophones, hydroisolated from the conducting medium by their immersion fluid. Fluid dielectrics are quite abundant in nature. For example, this task could be accomplished by fluid dielectrics used for polarization of piezoelements in compound noise emitters widely used in various hydroacoustic systems. Here, it could be expected that acoustic efficiency of the system would grow by 6-20 dB.
