The joint propagation of the vibration and noise in complicated multi-element body construction was considered. To this purpose the modified statistical-energy balance equations for vibration energy and diffuse-energy balance equations for sound intensity were used. This modification was done by adding to the equations the interaction members for the vibration and noise. The calculation results were presented for the vibration and noise, propagating from the vibration or noise sources only as well as from both sources simultaneously. The correction value was calculated for the vibration levels due to the structural noise, radiated by vibration, and consequent influence of this noise on the initial vibration. Analogous estimation was calculated for the noise, causing the vibration, and consequent noise re-radiation by this vibration. In both cases the neglecting values of this correction were obtained, not exceeding of 1 dB small part. The analyze was given for the grade of the vibration and noise interaction in depending on spatial distribution, quantity and relative power of their sources, the loss factor values in the construction elements and the sound absorption inside the construction body. It was shown, that interaction intensity was increasing as far as the relative power of the acoustical sources and vibration damping of the construction elements were increasing.
