The mass optimum of multi-layered cylindrical shell examined. The shell consist aluminium-oxide ceramics and metallic layers, and loaded by pressure and temperature. Produced is the universal matrix scheme for solution of problem with method of forces. The influence of dispersion of limited thickness and material of layers for strength and stability (buckling) of optimal shell analyzed. The design research has the purpose of realization of small sub-sea apparatus with non-traditional materials.
