Andrei I. Dulnev

			Head of Laboratory of Krylov State Research Centre, Doctor of Technical Sciences specializing in plastic deformation and dynamic strength of structures. A. I. Dulnev is a key Russian expert on explosion resistance and structural protection of surface ships and submarines. Author of calculation methods and recommendations for improvement of structure resistance to explosion effects. A. I. Dulnev led R&Ds for explosion-proofing of Yasen, Borei and other projects. He was involved in development of fragment and bullet protection for Projects 20380, 22350, 21360, etc. He holds 4 patents and Certificate of State registration for computer software.
