(1990), Professor (2000), Academic Secretary of Scientific & Technical Council of TsNII SET (affiliated branch of Krylov State Research Centre), member of Electric Engineering Academy of the Russian Federation, full member of MANEB (International Academy of Ecology, Man and Nature Protection Sciences), Chairman of State Attestation Committee on electric power & technology at Saint-Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation). G. N. Tsitsikian was an official opponent to Cand. Sc. & D.Sc. dissertations (specialties 05.09.03 & 05.09.05) defended at sessions of scientific councils of Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping and St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. Over years G. N. Tsitsikian was professor of Electric Generation Department of Northwestern Polytechnic University. G. N. Tsitsikian has 4 inventor’s certificates. He has contributed to development of the national standard «Ship electric equipment. Safety requirements, testing and monitoring methods».
