Open Access provides straightforward access to the full text of the papers published in the «Transactions of the Krylov State Research Centre». The readers are allowed to copy, distribute, transfer and demonstrate the contents publicly as well as generate and distribute the content derived therefrom in any digital medium for any noncommercial purposes provided that the attributed authors are duly indicated.
All papers published in the journal become available worldwide under the open access license (CC BY-NC).
