Summary

 
Object and purpose of research. The object of the study is the welded seams of metal structures during welding and cyclic hydraulic tests
Subject matter and methods.The research material is structural steel. The research was carried out using the acoustic emission method.
Main results. The approach to forming criteria for evaluating the quality of welds using acoustic emission control directly in the welding process has been improved and tested. The paper proposes to use the danger class indicator of the source J.
Conclusion. The developed and improved approaches to the criteria analysis of acoustic emission signals have been successfully applied in the control of full-scale hemispherical shell welding and in the quality control of welded ones during cyclic hydraulic tests.
