Summary

 
The paper presents experimental and computational analysis of operational speed effects on damping parameters of vessel hull vibration. The analysis was performed by results of full scale and model tests. The issue of effects of motion fins – stabilizers on the vessel global vibration is also considered. Computational evaluation of additional damping occurred due to installation of two couples of fins is carried out.
