Summary |
The paper discusses introduction of innovative technologies into gas turbine production at the time in the context of intensive modernization and import substitution of the Russian army and. The case study – first-ever application of 3D-printing in development of a jet engine – is discussed in details. Technical parameters of the industrial 3D printer are given. This printer makes it possible to perform layer-by-layer fritting using high-power laser. Preliminary efficiency calculations are provided for industrial applications of 3D printers and for reduction of gas turbine production costs. |
